About the villa
This is a newly built villa situated in Agia Triada which is 10 kilometers from the old historical town of Rethymno and 3 kilometers from a beautiful sandy beach of Platanes.
You will drive into this property and you will see the barbecue facilities with the clay oven and the swimming pool with a surrounding garden.
There is a ramp and a few stairs that leads you to the main entrance of this villa.
As you walk in you will see the living room with a fire place leading to a veranda and with a door that leads to the swimming pool.
On the right hand side you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwashing machine, fridge, oven. Then you will find the first bedroom with one bathroom with shower which is ideal for wheel chair users.
You will go up the stairs to the first level where you will find the main bedroom with air-condition and wall cupboard with a double bed and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and toilet.
This room has a sliding door which opens and leads you onto the veranda. Next to this room you will find the second main bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower and this room has a sliding door which leads to the same veranda. From this verandah you will be able to enjoy the panoramic view of the sea on the left hand side and onto your right you will enjoy the view of the mountain with the olive tree plantations.
The Villa offers air-condition and Satellite Television to all its guests.
Then we take the stairs and we go to the lower ground where you will find 2 very large bedrooms with bathroom shower. In this bathroom you will find the washing machine. All bedrooms have wooden wall cupboards.
A car is essential as the first available bakery is at a distance of 3 kilometers from this private and exclusive property.
This property is ideally situated as it is 3,5 kilometres from a sandy beach of Platanes and in the middle of the island of Crete which will enable the visitor to visit our very famous sites such as the Palace of Knossos, The Monastery of Arkadi, The Preveli Palm Beach and the old historical town of Rethymno.
In the old historical town the visitor will be able to enjoy a stroll in the various alleys of the Venetian Harbour called the Fortezza which is the fortress build by the Venetians where he will be able to find boutiques, coffee shops, bakery, night life, bars, restaurants and taverns with Cretan Traditional Cuisine which is world wide known as a healthy diet!
