The villa is a beautiful newly built stone house with all modern facilities. The villa is situated in the village Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno. This impressive stone house includes a of 41sqm with a private swimming pool with children’s end hydro-massage with tanning beds and a BBQ area. The villa’s beautiful designed layout, combined with a fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, creates a very special and exclusive setting.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc and has also a balcony. Also on this floor is one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where three more bedrooms are. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub the other two have twin beds. Another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub is on this floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned. The villa has also a big beautiful rooftop of 30sqm, where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymno and relax.
The Villa also offers iron/ironing board, hair dryer, safe, parking space and is surrounded with plenty olive groves, which give a special impression of quietness for each visitor.
The large garden is surrounded by olive groves and insures privacy as there is more than 150 metres to the nearest other villa which is on a lower level.
The large pool is 41sqm with separate children’s pool and hydro-massage sun laungers and umbrellas surround the pool.
