About the Villa
Every house is a unique piece of art and connected with the surrounding area each guest will feel romantic.
The view from the Villas is magnificent and the fresh air reviving. This is because of the great variety of trees and the small rivers.
Description
The villa is 170 square meters having three bedrooms with a private bathroom.
Two of them have a shower while the third has a bath. Each bedroom has a double bed. The combination of stone and marble in the dining room compose an ideal atmosphere. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with luxury bathrooms and peaceful environment.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace, couches, exquisite antique furniture and a curved dining table of 150 years old.
On the floor of the dining room the visitor can admire the handmade carpets with designs from the Greek mythology, while on the stone walls someone can watch paintings of famous Greek artists.
Large windows enable the visitors to experience a wonderful view of the surrounding area make them feel one with nature.
In the evening the visitors can walk around to the big yard of the villas, facilitated with comfortable furniture and a dining table of Cretan origin, enjoying the cool air with the accompany of candles - a really romantic and peaceful scenery.
There is also a barbeque.
The villa is suitable for both families and couples. Next to the villa there is a semi-detached studio, which can host until three persons. Capacity of six to nine persons.
Facilities
Each Villa possess a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave oven, a satellite TV, mobile internet, a washing machine, a cooker, an iron, a hairdryer, a boiler, and luxury dishes.
The Surrounding Area
Within three minutes distance by car and ten minutes by bicycle, there is a traditional village called Spili where you can find banks, restaurants and taverns, a small clinic, a drug store, various café, newspapers’ agencies, grocery shops, super markets and coiffure shops. In the surrounding area there are also many farms having sheep and organic products.
Services
Room Service
The cleaning of the communal space and rooms will be accomplished two times per week. Second pair of towels and sheets will be provided as well as shampoo and bath foam.
Breakfast
Guests can prepare their own breakfast from the excellent quality of goods that will be provided in the communal fridge.

Raki, Butter, Traditional Yogurt, Traditional Honey, Jam, Olive Oil, Fresh Eggs, Tomatoes,Wine
Location
Lampini is a traditional village of 200 inhabitants and it is situated near a village called Spili which has all the facilities that someone might need.
It is located in a very short distance of the fantastic coasts of the South Crete and the cosmopolitan areas of the North of the island.
It is a suitable destination for touring all the island around.
The village has its own traditional history and possess all those elements of an old traditional village. In the beautiful village the locals are very hospitable who are daily engaged with their traditional jobs.
But the visitor can also admire the breathtaking gorges, the magnificent caves, the monuments, and the traditional church with its own history.
There are flights available to Chania or Heraklion or you can travel by boat from Piraeus to Rethimno. After reaching Rethimno, then you will have to drive (a car is essential) to reach Lambini village where the villas are located.
Within 5 min by car and 10 min by bike there is a small town called Spili where banks, restaurants, a small clinic with doctor, drugstores, international press, daily fruits and vegetables, hairdresser etc are available.
