Situated at the top of a hill with panoramic views of the nearby sea and the surrounding hills and valleys, Villa Alexandra covers 140 square metres as two brand new, self contained floors (prices are per floor per week) with separate access and stairs to each. The upstairs floor has its own private garden & pool (IF YOU BOOK THIS FLOOR WE WILL NOT BOOK OUT THE FLOOR BELOW). We can also offer services which include, welcome pack, mid stay clean, airport pickups (max 3 persons). Prices for these services can be obtained after booking.

Inside the villa
Upper floor has:
one double bedroom with a white 6ft luxury day bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables all in the same style. The main bedroom also has its own separate balcony where café style table and chairs are provided to take breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just to look out over the surrounding countryside and the sea
a further bedroom which can sleep up to two adults or children. This bedroom comes with two single beds. There are built-in wardrobes, and bedside table. Each bedroom has aircon, if you wish to use this the cost would be E20 (euro) per unit (to be paid locally)
A fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven and four ring hob, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board),
furnished dining and lounge area with dining suite, comfortable navy blue leather sofa, TV, D.V.D player (with some D.V.Ds) coffee tables, music system
There is also a single fold out bed if required
a 17ft covered terrace to the lounge area is accessed by large double French windows. This terraced area has an additional dining table and chairs so that guests can take meals together and look out over the sea and mountain views
each room is fitted with large ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool during the hot summers. Sea and mountain breezes are also welcome
large, fully tiled bathroom, separate shower, bath, toilet and sink
outside the villa

nearest mini-market, bar/taverna and restaurant are all only a few kilometres away
Rethymnon Harbour
To the west is one of the longest sandy beaches in the Mediterranean, 14 kms long!
There are two excellent large local supermarkets (Champion and Lidl) within a 5 minute drive from the villa from which a good range of food and supplies can be purchased.
A mini market/provisions shop is only 2km away at Adele. A restaurant and bar are 6 kms from Villa Alexandra.
